I understand that this membership is only for identification and participation purposes and does not grant me any ownership, voting rights, legal rights, or authority in the Trust. I acknowledge that the Trust is managed solely by its registered Trustees, and all their decisions shall be final and binding on me.
I clearly agree that I shall have no rights in management, administration, financial matters, or decision-making of the Trust and will not raise any dispute or claim regarding the same.
I voluntarily submit my photograph and Aadhaar Card / ID proof with my full consent for verification, record-keeping, and membership purposes. I confirm that I will not raise any objection or legal claim in the future regarding the collection or use of my personal documents.
I understand that my personal information will be used only for Trust-related purposes, and while reasonable care will be taken, the Trust shall not be held liable for any technical issues, data breach, or unauthorized access beyond its control.
I agree to maintain discipline and not misuse the Trust name or membership. I understand that my membership may be suspended or cancelled at any time without prior notice if I violate any rules or act against the interest of the Trust.
I further confirm that I have no financial claim, benefit, or share in the Trust or its assets. I agree that the Trust reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time, and I shall abide by the same.
I declare that all information provided by me is true and correct. I agree that any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where the Trust is registered.
